These uniquely designed homes have a bold and expressive exterior – the central axis around which the entire project revolves. Duonos Kalno Street and the organically shaped sloping plot, reminiscent of a loaf of bread, inspired the exclusive architectural forms and non-standard layout of the homes adapted to the terrain.
A unique element of the architecture is the orientation of the home's floors in different directions – the first and second floors are rotated in relation to each other, creating striking forms and opening up the most beautiful views while maintaining interior privacy. The project’s recurring round forms provide a sense of lightness, coziness, and an unconventional layout, blending perfectly with the oval shape of the land. Carports, concrete retaining walls, stairs, and other elements integrate seamlessly into the architectural whole without overshadowing the homes themselves.
This residential community in Vilnius stands out not only due to its sloped terrain and expressive architecture, but also thanks to its convenient location. Residents can access their homes via three different routes – the Western Bypass, Ukmergės Street, or from the Visoriai side. Fast and convenient access is a major advantage for an active city dweller. Just minutes away by car are shopping centers and stores, with private kindergartens nearby. Adjacent to the development is the Visoriai Forest Park with walking trails for active recreation.
