  • Exterior walls: masonry blocks, plastered.

  • Interior partitions: plastered masonry or gypsum board with stone wool insulation.

Floors

  • Concrete base with sound and thermal insulation, fitted with underfloor heating piping.

  • A concrete leveling layer is installed (final flooring not included).

Ceilings

  • Prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs (without additional finishing).

Windows and Doors

  • Windows: plastic profile with double glazing, compliant with A+ energy class standards.

  • External windowsills: powder-coated metal.

  • Apartment entrance doors: armored type with peephole and two locks.
